"How the Internet Saved Literacy" -- short, somewhat shallow analysis, but still a nice change from past "No one will ever read again!!!" hysteria about the Web. From a Forbes special report on books.

The Wikipedia Knowledge Dump -- a weblog of entries and edits rejected from Wikipedia. When I checked it, entries covered such topics as Lightbulb Jokes, Starfleet Security, and a list of animal sounds. Entertaining.

Swivel -- compare nearly any two sets of publically available data. I have to play with this one some more. Expect geeky charts soon!
