We have had some ridiculous things come across the ballot before, but this one takes the cake: Proposition 91. It's a constitutional amendment that would require taxes relating to cars and gasoline to be used for transportation projects; I have issues with set-asides in general, but that's not what has me boggled this time.

No argument against the proposition was submitted.
I'm tempted to vote for it, just to be perverse. Even though I have a feeling that my protest vote would not be taken in the spirit it was intended.
