Well that took long enough

After two or so years of meaning to do this and not getting around to it, I finally joined the Organization for Transformative Works. I don't have time to write a super-long post detailing why, but there are many reasons for me to support this group: as a fan, as a librarian, as a defender of free expression, as a citizen concerned about copyright protections run amok. We've needed an organization like OTW for a long time, and I'm thrilled that they finally exist.

OTW: can has servers

They're having their October donation drive right now, so if you've been thinking about joining, this is a great time to do it. Join early, join often.

Okay, back to wresting with more weird crossovers. Games like Trick or Treat always give me the urge to write stuff way outside my usual zone. Probably this is a good thing.
