30 Days: A Day in the Musical Life

[personal profile] renay asked me to craft a soundtrack for daily life.

With video accompaniment!

Walking out the door to catch the train for work: "Right Here, Right Now" by Fatboy Slim

Sitting on the train for work, stuck in the Muni tunnel yet again: "What Have I Done to Deserve This?" by Pet Shop Boys

Another day at work: "Mad World" by Tears for Fears (the Gary Jules cover is awesome, too)

After answering a particularly tough reference question: Victory Fanfare!

I have thought, sometimes, about trying to make one of these into a ringtone. Too geeky, or just geeky enough?

Lunchtime! "Everything is Alright" by Four Tet

Stuck in a long, contentious meeting: "Drama!" by Erasure

Heading home, the workday complete: "Just Another Day" by Oingo Boingo

Hanging out with friends: "Right Here, Right Now" by Jesus Jones (totally different than the Fatboy Slim song)

Time for sleep: "Smaointe..." by Enya

30 Days of... Project! Complete list of questions / Ask a question on LJ or on DW.
